The Elite Warrior — Satisfaction Guarantee

Module 1 Satisfaction Guarantee

Complete all lessons in Module 1 (Transform Your Fear) within 30 days of enrollment. If you do not feel a meaningful shift in how you relate to fear, doubt, or limiting beliefs — contact us for a full refund.

No hoops. No debate. Email us at kevin@kevpowers.com with your name, purchase details, and confirmation that you completed Module 1, and we will process your refund promptly.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

You must have completed all lessons in Module 1 in their entirety
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
You must email your request to kevin@kevpowers.com
This guarantee applies to first-time purchasers of The Elite Warrior only

Warriors to Titans — Satisfaction Guarantee

5-Session Identity Guarantee

Complete the first 5 sessions of Warriors to Titans. If you do not feel a measurable shift in how you think, feel, and operate — contact us for a full refund. You will know by Session 5. The transformation is that clear.

Email kevin@kevpowers.com with your name, purchase details, and confirmation that you completed Sessions 1–5.

To be eligible:

You must have completed Sessions 1 through 5 in their entirety
Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
This guarantee applies to first-time purchasers only

How to Request a Refund

Complete the required program content as outlined above for your specific program

Email kevin@kevpowers.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Program Name]"

Include your full name, email used for purchase, order number if available, and a brief confirmation that you completed the required content

We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

Situations Not Covered

The following situations are not covered by our refund guarantees:

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee window
Requests from students who have not completed the required program content
Repeat purchases of the same program
Requests based on change of mind, lack of time, or circumstances unrelated to program quality
Payment plan installments after the 30-day guarantee window has passed

Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan and request a refund within the eligible guarantee window, we will refund the amount already paid and cancel any remaining scheduled payments. If the guarantee window has passed, remaining scheduled payments are still due and will be charged as agreed at the time of purchase.
